• Users who are 18 years of age or older

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and maintain the security of your login credentials.

As a user of our service, you agree to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T3Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be discontinued
• You may export your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after the retention period
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
