Yes. Video and audio flow directly between you and the doctor over an encrypted peer-to-peer connection. Nothing is recorded or stored on our servers.
Open My appointments. The room stays available a few minutes past the scheduled time. If both sides miss it, contact the clinic and they'll reschedule.
Creating an account is free. The doctor's fee is set by the clinic and shown before you confirm. Payment is collected by the clinic separately.
Yes. Add them as a family member from your profile. Each member has their own doctors, history, and prescriptions, all under your single sign-in.
